It's almost Christmas and despite the holiday sewing I really should finish (OK, start...), I'm still just wasting the time away sewing Olivias and assorted other non-essential stuff that really could stand to wait. I've become a true Olivia believer... a true Farbenmix believer, to be honest.

My new hand embroidery adventure is going... well.. OK (see dress right). I realize that I'm really not skilled enough to hand embroider on knits. I can't even embroider on knits with my machine, why did I think I could do it by hand? I need to practice on wovens and pick up the knits again later.
